New life for Spurn Lighthouse, thanks to Heritage Lottery Fund

New life for Spurn Lighthouse, thanks to Heritage Lottery

Congratulations to Yorkshire Wildlife Trust, who have secured funding from the Heritage Lottery fun to restore the Spurn Lighthouse, which was built by Trinity House between 1893-95 and in use until 1985, with a view to opening it to the public as a visitor attraction in the East Riding area.

Good luck!
